Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the bit is medium cast surface which makes the bit suitable for normal hard to hard formation.It can used in high rotation speed operation.
2. The mid-surface design has high stability, good orientation, high abrasiveness and high impact resistance. There are 3 water holes distributed on the cone surface, which can better clean the drill bit and remove cuttings when drilling, and prevent the repeated cutting of cutting teeth and cutting.
3. The staggered arrangement of teeth of the drill bit performs full coverage and cutting of the formation. The drill bit has evenly arranged teeth, and the back inclination is controlled at 15°-20°. The mechanical speed is high and the drilling is stable.
4. The gauge surface is welded by double-row alloyed gauge strip in separating way which makes the bit have strong abrasive resistance and good protecting gauge effect.
5. Different angles are adopted between the three blades of the drill bit, which can ensure high-speed fluid chip removal in the process of high rotation speed, avoid the drill bit from wrapping chips, and further improve the drilling efficiency.
